Day Two

Morning

• Microsoft Visio Modelling standards
• Combined value stream and cross functional process map activity
• Explanation of Togaf 9 template and artefacts and BPM activities
• Explanation of APQC process modelling
• Identification and removal of waste

Afternoon

• Process modeller activity explanation
• Creation of a cross functional process map within the process modeller
• Setting up process activity variables
• Case study on an end to end process model as is and to be with cycle times and impact analysis
