Kairav Ravaal

Kairav provides research and assistance to e-learning solutions provided by Hyveminds. In conjunction he assists in business development and lead sourcing for the business. Currently studying MBA in IT project management he is willing to do whatever it takes for the success of Hyveminds.

He started his career as an operations manager in environment consultancy where he managed projects worth in excess of $5m. His next move to a Branch Manager, (he won multiple ‘employee of the year’ and ‘best trainer of the company’ awards) reported directly to the MD and carried responsibilities of marketing, business development, franchise development, project management and training & development. His regional manager involved business development, training and client management.Kairav wants to grow himself by putting a key role in the growth and success of the Hyveminds by his sheer endeavours and past experience.
